joseph mclaughlin recently retired as an associate professor
of english at stark state college of technology in canton, ohio.
his current collection of poems is "memory, in your
country" (pale horse press, 1995). recent work has
appeared in pif (online) and "the formalist." a
story and a poem are scheduled for publication in "ilya's
pat hernan, an award-winning journalist and short story writer,
lives in a fortified compound in the woods near oil city, pennsylvania.
